Hey Simplifiers,

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026.

A fresh calendar. A fresh mindset. A fresh chance to choose the life your future self will thank you for.

If you’ve been rocking with me since the beginning — or even if you just found TSA last week — you know I’m big on reflection. Not the soft, journal-with-a-candle kind (although I love those too)… but the kind where we actually look at what’s working, what’s stressing us out, and what needs to change.

And this year, I didn’t guess. We asked.

While traveling earlier this year, I sat down with Educated Black Queen for her podcast — which is officially my first-ever podcast feature (!!). We talked about the real, unfiltered version of adulthood: money shame, balance, burnout, and figuring things out later than expected. That conversation sparked something in me… and in you.

Because afterwards, hundreds of you filled out a community poll about what you actually want help with going into 2026.

And the results were loud and clear:

The Top 3 Things Adults Want to Master in 2026

1️⃣ Budgeting — “I just want to feel in control.”

Not having a plan was the #1 stressor in 2025.
People aren’t just trying to “save more” — they want to stop feeling embarrassed, stuck, or behind.

TSA this year = simple budgeting you can actually stick to.

2️⃣ Finding Balance — “I’m tired of running on fumes.”

Work. Life. Family. Goals. Bills.
Most people feel like they’re juggling flaming swords with no instruction manual.

Balance isn’t a luxury. It’s survival.
And this year, we’re making it part of the system — not something you chase after burnout.

3️⃣ Improving Overall Health — “I want to feel better, inside and out.”

Not just fitness.
Not just drinking more water.
Not just therapy.

The poll showed that holistic health matters:

  • mental

  • emotional

  • financial

  • physical

Your real life affects your money.
Your money affects your mental health.
Your habits affect everything.

And you all said, loudly: “I’m ready to become consistent.”

🎙️ My podcast moment (!!!)

If you missed it — or if you're new here — I got to be a guest on the Educated Black Queen podcast this year.
It was honest.
It was vulnerable.
It was exactly the kind of conversation adulthood deserves.

And she’s doing incredible work on instgram.

This is just the beginning of TSA stepping into more media, more platforms, and more conversations that matter.

🌱So… what does this mean for TSA in 2026?

It means everything we create this year — newsletters, guides, templates, videos, challenges — will be built around the 3 things you told me matter most:

✔ Budgeting
✔ Balance
✔ Bettering yourself in every part of your life

Simply put this year, TSA gets even more personal, more practical, and more sustainable.

Because your 2026 self? They’re watching every choice you make today. Let’s make this the year we show ourselves what we’re capable of.

Haven’t taken the poll yet?

Reset Your Energy and Feel Lighter With a January Liver Reset

January is the perfect time to reset, rebalance, and support your body after the indulgence of the holidays. If you’re doing Dry January or simply craving a fresh start, focusing on liver health can make a powerful difference—and it’s one of the most overlooked wellness rituals.

That’s why I’ve made Pique’s Liver Detox Protocol part of my January reset. Inspired by over 3,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this gentle daily ritual supports your body’s natural detoxification processes without harsh cleanses or deprivation.

The protocol includes two simple moments a day: Electric Turmeric in the morning and La Ginger in the evening. In the morning, Electric Turmeric feels warming, grounding, and nourishing—like a calm reset before the day begins. At night, La Ginger is bold and soothing, supporting digestion and overnight renewal.

Within weeks, I noticed steadier energy, less bloating, clearer skin, and an overall lighter feeling. It didn’t feel like a detox—it felt like alignment. Two small rituals, big results.
